Torsion bar adjustment
Hello,
I was looking for advice on how not to snap my bolts when adjusting my t-bars. should I spin the bolt first with the impact without a wrench on it. The truck has been oil sprayed religiously and not wheeled (yet lol) so the bolts look good, no rust. I am a little hesitant to use the torch with soo much oil everywhere, don't want to burn the new rig, any suggestion |

Oh man your gonna snap them. Before I did anything on my 95 4runner I bought 2 new adjusting bolts. I even soaked the old one in PB and I put the impact on them and sure enough I snapped them!

Get new ones. I was getting the torsion bars out of the 90 4x p/u chassis I have, and I had to cut one of them out, it was a pain.
