Looking For the rear upper and lower bushings

Your talking about for the rear axle correct?
To my knowledge you can not get new bushings, just new arms w/bushings installed. I built new arms. |
yup you bet the rear axle.. oh they do exsist. cause i called my toyota dealer and they stock them. but they are the rubber kind for 58 each. when i'd really like the urethane kind
|
well mista your in a pickle.
58 bucks is a joke for a rubber bushings. Have someone fabricate new arms that use a common bushing from a place like polyperformance.com |

I agree with cpizzle. For 58 each you could make these cheaper.

Bushing Prices
I just replaced my rear lower control arm bushings.
They are MUCH cheaper than $58 each. Toyots Part # 48702-35070 Toyota Parts Sales of Dallas has them for $27 each http://www.toyotapartsales.com/partl...?siteid=214074 I just bought them from my local Nicaragua Toyota dealer for only $18 each! Labor to press-out the four old bushings, press in new ones, and install the rebuilt arms on my truck was only $31 TOTAL. Ah the cheap life in Central America.... |
Check eBay. I got mine there!

Has anyone found poly bushings for the lower links?
I looked at mine and they all appear to be the same bushing, even the upper links, which doesn't look like the 97 4runner diagrams I'm finding at all. Stumped. |
