I have the motor in but no pics yet. It was cold and dark.
Here's the cases http://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p...18pics0008.jpg Kinda prepped under the hood, with the gm master cylinder http://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p...18pics0006.jpg |
Here's some more updated pic.
Motor mounts in http://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p...19pics0017.jpg The motor still is going to be moved back about 3-4" http://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p...19pics0015.jpg http://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p...19pics0016.jpg Front spring hanger http://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p...19pics0018.jpg http://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p...19pics0014.jpg Box and steering http://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p...19pics0013.jpg |
nice work. i bet its gonna be sick!!
|
It should be pretty good once I get the wiring finished.
|
thats going to be sick.
why the gm master cylinder? |
So I can actually stop better. 1 ton brakes makes it easier to stop with a toyota booster and 1 ton axles
|

Should have the dana 44 out and the 60 in this weekend

WOW. What an awesome project. You hit the lottery or something?
Are you mounting the radiator in the back? |
No, no lottery winner here. I sold off parts I had from my last truck to fund everything so far. Well mostly. The radiator will be in the front. The motor will be moved back about 3-4 more inches.
|
such an awesome truggy.
|
This project is AWESOME.
|
thanks guys. I'm going to pick up some more 60's this weekend. Probably going to use one of the ones I'm picking up. it's a single wheel version.
