I picked up boogers old rid a while back and haven't done much to it lately. But I'm finally getting around to build it. The specs will be a cpi 4.3 a jet th350 and dual 23 spline toy cases with a 4.7 in the rear and marlins rotated adapter. here's the pics when I got it home.

nice work. i bet its gonna be sick!!

lizard lips 01-19-2008 01:48 PM

It should be pretty good once I get the wiring finished.

MIKEMOKAS 01-19-2008 06:16 PM

thats going to be sick.

why the gm master cylinder?

lizard lips 01-20-2008 08:28 AM

So I can actually stop better. 1 ton brakes makes it easier to stop with a toyota booster and 1 ton axles

lizard lips 01-22-2008 06:19 AM

Got the adapter and the cases in yesterday

WOW. What an awesome project. You hit the lottery or something?

Are you mounting the radiator in the back?

lizard lips 02-06-2008 12:50 PM

No, no lottery winner here. I sold off parts I had from my last truck to fund everything so far. Well mostly. The radiator will be in the front. The motor will be moved back about 3-4 more inches.

yotasavg 02-06-2008 12:51 PM

such an awesome truggy.

04 Rocko Taco 02-06-2008 12:57 PM

This project is AWESOME.

lizard lips 02-06-2008 01:55 PM

thanks guys. I'm going to pick up some more 60's this weekend. Probably going to use one of the ones I'm picking up. it's a single wheel version.
