https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.yot...107ed4e2a.jpeg Taking apart one of my t-cases I got https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.yot...42ad600d4.jpeg Front axle https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.yot...ed039acbb.jpeg Almost done but started to put together and realized I need the backing plate eliminator. Learning stuff as I go sense this is all new to me https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.yot...db4435181.jpeg All apart https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.yot...da93f8b0a.jpeg https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.yot...446e46fe3.jpeg Front hanger on https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.yot...b9a45a9d5.jpeg Rear end on with Ford F-150 springs https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.yot...5f3ac4a56.jpeg Shackle angle really step I think at 30 deg. I feel like 25 is what I'm shooting for? Any input on this would be great help. https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.yot...0e5cdd6a2.jpeg https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.yot...b454db2f6.jpeg Gonna be tall. And that's with 33s on now<br/>But I have no weight in it no tranny or engine on the truck or no front end either https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.yot...b661db591.jpeg Redoing gaskets for tranny and getting ready for dual t-cases |
https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.yot...98395ad0f.jpeg
Made my own upper shackle bushing and all the shackle plates I need for front and back |
So got the dual t-case put together but having a issue with that last bolt about to just take the cut off wheel and try and cut the stud down a little. Or am I just doing something wrong?
