Any possible way to fit IFS Damper to SAS Pickup?

I accidently bought an IFS Damper off eBay, had it shipped open the box and it's totally different on one end.. The one in the SAS right now has a loop one end, and a thread the other end..

The damper I bought has a loop on both ends. Has anyone else fitted an IFS damper to a Solid Axle..

P.s i don't have a welder to make another bracket or something.

Might have a look here at some shock end adapters:

But also check the length (compressed and extended). Might be the IFS shocks are too short for the solid axle front end.

Oh sorry I mean the steering damper that sits infront of the Solid Axle.... My shocks should be alright, extended Iron Mans less than 5 years old..

OK, wasn't sure if it was the steering damper or shocks that was being referred to. I recall my factory damper has a threaded stud on one end and something like a tie rod end on the other end. When I went to crossover steering, I used a damper with threaded rods on both ends and made a bracket with two small u-bolts and some angle iron to make a mount for the tie rod end. Might see if you can come up with something like that:
