holley fuel pressure regulator help
 
so i got a holley regulator the 1-4 psi one and am going to install it wed this week now on holley website they say these are pre adjusted to 2.7 psi can i just leave it at that is that good or what just curious about what should be at for my motor since its built if that makes a difference ive also have a 32 36 on it that i had re jetted to stock besides i went one up on the primary idle but anyway engine specs are in my sig thanks

thanks xxxtreme you always have an answer for me will this help alot on flooding up inclines? well before i do my weber mod

It will help, but it won't prevent it. When I run off-road I drop mine down to about 1.5psi. I run about 3-3.5 on the street. 2.7 psi is fine though. You'll just have to fine tune the fuel mixture a bit after regulating it down.

ive never looked at one before so are they easy to adjust or what

real easy, but you need a fuel pressure gauge on it to know what your adjusting to.

oh ok ill look into one any preferences and ill play with the mixture a lil bit to after wards

summit racing has some cheap reliable ones. 1" or 1 1/2" and I think a 1/8 npt fitting is what you'll need. You can screw it right into the other available port on the regulator.
