Pizza Cutter Options

I trying to improve my gas mileage on my DD and am thinking of running 33x10.5 or 33x9.5R15's. Does anyone know of other AT tires other than BFG's? I tried Pirate and all they suggested was Swampers...

I do like ProComp AT's, had good lucky in the past with 30.5x9.5 on my 2WD Ext Cab, but they don't make either size...

Thanks for not flaming me too bad!

Well in the size range I know you aren't really looking at Swampers but did anyone suggest the TSL radial 32x10.5? It would still be a radial tire so it would do better on the street and also probably be a little better on gas than a bias ply.

Also I believe Dunlop makes an A/T and M/T in the 33x10.5 size.

If you wanna increase your MPG, you get smaller tires....to a certain degree.

run some 31's if you want better milage and swap on some bigger ones for wheeling

The Pampered Chef offers nice ones, or just go to Wal-Mart. Your options are endless to cut a piece of this splendid food item.

Pampered Chef sounds good, nice stuff. Or I could whip out a Benchmade...
I did this spread sheet, looking at diameters and weights, trying to do a simple comparison. I did notice a big difference between stock and the 32 MT's on it now, they're almost 10 lbs heavier (per specs - not actual weights).
33x9.5 are about 5 lbs less than the 32's and a narrower contact patch.
But then maybe 31x10.5 will have to do... And I wouldn't feel so oblugated to regear from 4.10's...
What kind of mileage are you getting with 31's? I get 13-14 combined right now with 32x11.50 ProComp MT's...

Love those pizza cutters, I wish I needed tires and had the money to regear.

i am running 265x75 Toyo OC M/T and i gained MPG from my 31x10.5 Pro Comp Xterrain. so skinny tires may not make a difference. i only gained MPG because the Toyo's hold more PSI. at 43PSI i have 25MPG highway on average, sometimes more.

ran 235/85/16 revos on my 97 for a couple years, true measurement on them is 32.1 x 9.3 but they are load range E, so not the comfiest ride. got really good mpg with them though, especially if i bumped the pressure up some.
