I think I fried my ecu!
 

So I went to check my engine codes and jumped the wrong pins. :oops: Now my check engine light doesn't come on at all. even when The key is just in the on position/engine off. Truck will not start.
It is a 1988 4runner 3.0.

Where is my ecu? could it be something else? Any body have a parts truck that they want to sell the ecu out of?

your ECU is in the kick panel on the passenger side of the truck.

check all the fuses first..
