'84 carbs
Hi guys. I just purchased an '84 pick-up with a 22r. It runs, but it needs carb work. Should I do a rebuild kit, or just trash it and go with the Weber? Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!

Good to know. Thanks. Is there a direct way to get one for cheap, or should I just go through the parts house?

But don't dog WCD for selling them and state that they do not sell real weber carbs. Just don't buy the 34/34 carb from anywhere. |
^^^^.........ok

D'OH! I went with a 34/34 from WCD. It's not all bad. It has tons more power but runs like garbage. It hasn't been tuned for anything yet, however.
I say go weber. Polishing what has become a turd only yields a polished turd. I had no luck with going the rebuild route anyway. |
