The passenger hub was disengaged when I did this, so I think the driver's side should have been able to turn. I will lock the pass side in next time and try again, just to make sure.

My battery is testing at 12.26 volts cold, so that should be plenty of juice to start the truck. The starter solenoid feels like it is working, so that just pretty much leaves me with the starter...
