So pulled out the Aftermarket sender and Ohm'd it out to see were it was against the OEM one I pulled out.

At 82 degrees, the aftermarket one read .487 ohms......

At the same temp, he OEM one...

You can get zerk fittings at your local parts...

You can get zerk fittings at your local parts store that you should be able to thread into the ball joints. Then you will be able to fill them up with grease.
