this is the skield that is on the crossover,its a pressed fit and there is no nuts to tighten which is why i want to cut it off.Ive revved on it under the hood, but strangely it only happens in gear...

my newly acquired 96 t-100 with a/t and 3.4 makes an annoying noise,like a buzz at 23-2800 rpm.I think it might be the heat shield on the crossover pipe between the exaust manifolds.anybody else...
