More I look at the photos... me thinks the axle is upside down. The spring brackets should be on the bottom if it is a 4x2 truck. So... I surmise it is 7.5" rear end ;)

Use a large mouthed adjustable locking vice-grip...

Use a large mouthed adjustable locking vice-grip and place it around the top shock body. As you turn the removal nut... the vice-grips will spin around until it lodges against the inner fender well....

Oh... I purchased the tires online and had them mounted and balanced at a local shop. They didn't install them cause I had to take off the drop kit and restore to factory height before I mounted...

Update... Found some used Jeep Wrangler OE wheels for a great price. Prepped and painted them a custom blend Toyota Magnetic Gray. Jus gonna wrap them in some General HTS Grabber 225/70R15's.
