    Windrock is a great place to wheel and up in harlan kentucky is awesome.

    Here is what I can say about Weber carbs. Some people love them and some hate them. You will get a slight increase in power, but will lose gas mileage. They are prone to vacuum leaks if not installed properly. Since I am a purist on the 1st gen trucks, my opinion would be to stay with the stock parts. Your application plays into to equation as well. If it is just daily driver, stay stock. If you are going to wheel it, go Weber. I will say that you should keep all of the stock equipment in case you ever want to restore the truck or find that the Weber does not suit your needs. If you take your time removing it, it will be very storable for the long term. I would even keep the original vacuum lines.

    Thanks man! I was reall lucky on that top, actually got it off of ebay from a junkyard YEARS ago...this is actually only the third "summer" in a row that I've used it.

    thx, i have a 1inch bod lift and 2ich suspention lift from oldmanemu, it fits 33x12.50x15 in there with just a touch of rub when flexed.

    That place is a better source for Toyota parts than christians but I'm pretty sure that both places will let you pull your own stuff
