    I figured the paint on a sticker behind it, didn't realize it was part of the face. Given that info, i would honestly just find one on ebay, or maybe find a broken one and just use the face from it.

    The only way would be to buy the whole unit, and of course everyone wants $100+ for those things. I don't have one right now, so your best bet may indeed just be to make your own?
