Love that overhead console. By any chance you make/sell by/per order? I'm actually interested in buying one if you are selling one.

I have an 88 sr5 runner. I'm removing the back bumper and rear molding. There are 4 mounts remaining, welded to the body. I'm not putting this stock bumper back on. Should I cut these mounts off, or, try and break the welds.

    Thanks,
    jason

Hey there Corax. I've been cruising through the site here for a month or so looking for help with my 7mge swap. I'm now working on tracking down some wiring issues. The two problems I'm having right now is the fuel pump won't keep fuel pressure after start-up and the temp gauge won't read. I tested the fuel pump at the cold start injector and would get no pressure with the key in the "on" position, but when I turned over the engine I got 40psi and the engine would start. I would then watch the pressure drop steadily until it hits zero and the engine would die. Once I figured out how to wire up the Fp port on the diagnostic plug I was able to jump Fp and B+ to get the pump working. I'm now able to start the truck and get the appropriate fuel pressure with key on and she'll stay running, but I can't keep Fp and B+ jumped all the time. Can you help me figure out how to wire these two things the right way?

i had kinda figured on the tunning being an issue. so did you rebuild the jdm motor before you swaped it? i am hoping to do mine and then run it till i need to re-build and thenn doing some performance mods head porting and such.

yeah i like it its pretty flexy but still just a bit stiff infront which will be good for when i get my 7m in there i moved the axle forward 2" it has a 3" BL (that i want to drop down to 2"), chev 63" springs in the back and yota rears up front. have you looked into the standalone ECU's at all because all the motors i ve looked at dont have ECU's with them?
