    They are bolted on. I had a friend of mine make an extra plate the has 4 bolts welded from the inside that is now laying flat to the frame. Each slider has 3 support arms bolted by the frame so that I can remove them if/when I need to. They are as solid as a rock. I have more pics if you want to see how it was done.
