Does anyone know if these will fit on 4runners?

 

I was curios to know too, When I called up a rim shop, they said that the offsets are close, and the bolt pattern is the same. The only question was whether the centre bore fit or not........

But that would be a sweet 18" to grab for the runner!

yea, it's 4 years old, and i can assure you that they most likely can as long as it shares the same 5 OR 6 bolt pattern on your Toyota, depending on the year of the Toyota and the Nissan. 90% of Nissan/Mitsubishi wheels will fit on MOST Toyota's. I'll browse for a pic.

it's funny this thread popped up again, i just saw these rims and noticed the 6 lugs and wondered if they fit, guess they do! i personally would not put them on my toyota but they would definitely be a different choice for some one.

 

Just to be clear, having the same bolt pattern does not mean a guaranteed fit.
Bore and backspacing are among some of the other reasons a wheels will/won't fit.

 

Last I heard the Nissans hub bore was too small.

 

Thanks for the pic Belize but those are after market wheels. I know those will fit. I'm want to know if the Titan/armada OEM stock wheels will fit. I know they have the same 6 lug pattern but the hole in the middle of the rim may be to small. Knowone seems to know for sure. Thats why I bumped this post up. To try to get a solid info. I really would like to know because those 18's would look sweet on a 4runner

 

last I heard the hub was too small too. But that was rims for a Frontier. I was hopping that because the Titan and the Armada are so much bigger that they may have a bigger hub.

I'm testing a set of Titan 17"s on my '97 4Runner tomorrow. I need a set of throwaway steelies to grind on in the rocks, and these are right there for next to nothing. I'll post the what-if and how-could'as as soon as I find out.

Checking on Tire Rack for back-to-back... Errp, not much help there. Back-spacing is close, but there's nothing about hub holes.

Wow, looking at them back to back, the Titan hub opening looks so small and wusslike.

Herm, just posted about this.

I did a little eyeball math and the conclusion is so likely that I'm going to call and cancel my wheel test for tomorrow.

The Titan 17" steel rim, as pictured, has a dinky little hub opening that leaves a lot of meat between the outside of the hub opening and the edge of the lug land - it could be as much as 20mm of metal. I went outside and popped the hub on the 4Runner ('97, four-by). I just got the thing, so I haven't really looked it over yet (though I've crawled the living shift out of it). The hub on the 4Runner uses about 90% of the space inside the lug-ring, with only 5mm or so of metal between the outside of the hub opening in the wheel and the edge of the lug land. A set of Sequoia wheels are pictured here, which will exchange with the 4Runner wheels directly.

Seriously, the opening for the hub on Titan is probably smaller than the hub openings on the wheels for my Rav4. The Titan has girlie little wuss hubs. Needless to say, I'm going to leave those wheels for someone else.

Well i ran Mitsubishi rims on my 4Runner and the back spacing was nuts, the wheels stuck out a good inch more than my stock rims, and the width is the same. It was just the backspacing. So like i said before, as long as the bolt pattern is similar, one should have no issues swapping import 4x4 wheels between import companies. (ie isuzu to honda or honda to nissan or nissan to toyota or in any order). I have seen yota wheels on a pathfinder down here, well actually in two different occasions.

 

A jack and an impact will answer these questions in about 3 minutes

All the six lug Yota, Nissan, Isuzu, Chevy and Mitsu are the same bolt pattern. How much backspacing you want or need is up to tire, brake clearance and preferance. The hub opening is probably the most important, jack it up and see!

 

Dude, let me repeat myself - the Titan/Armada 17" rims DON'T FIT the 4Runners. The hub openings are too small on the Nissan wheels. There's no maybe or possibly or BFH solution, just NO.

Also, if your bolt pattern isn't IDENTICAL from truck to wheel you're going to have serious issues with balancing and rotating mass and just driving down the camino. And that does nothing to mention any freaky backspacing issues that could crop up...

When in doubt, do what Davenjai said: test the fitment. Don't say I didn't warn you, though. Excuse me, there's a beer calling me.
