Ome rear leaf install

Got these ready to go in and the leaf center bolt is not close to lining up.

are they identical length from the center pin to the front and rear eye? in other words, could they be made for a left and right - which would have unequal lengths between the pin and the front/rear eyes?

I removed the original leafs on the other side and was able to get it all lined up
