This would be the valve that is on top of the valve cover, hose connected, closer to the front of the engine. To my understanding the PCV valve is closer to the back of the motor on the valve cover.
Get it clean and dry before you decide what is leaking.. You might need new grommets for the valve cover, you might need a new breather hose, you might need both.
I've replaced that hose once. Not bad for 30+ years
The original hose clamp that was on it kept getting weaker, and the oil leak kept increasing, so when I replaced the hose 2 years ago, I put a screw down hose clamp on it, and it's been leak-less (is that a word??) ever since. One of those hose clamps that are in the thousands at every auto parts or hardware store.
One thing that helps, I found, was to ensure the riser the hose fits down onto is good and clean. Much dirt, or whatever on it, and it will leak. When it's nice and clean, and so is the inside of the hose, the rubber seals down nice and tight, and it doesn't leak. Any time I take the hose off to set the valves, replace the thermostat, whatever, I wipe the riser and inside of the hose with a rag with a little carb cleaner on it, and it seals up for a treat.

I would be doubly careful ordering this part. I'd make sure the counter-woman knows about this weirdness. If I got the wrong part, I'd like something to point the finger away from me.

You should do all 4 grommets, appears the other front one is also leaking. You can get them in a set along with the 2 half-moons & valve cover gasket. I wouldn't just replace the grommets without removing the cover since there is a chance a piece of the old grommet ends up falling down inside. It is an easy job, just don't over tighten the cover, requires very little torque.

the pcv grommet isn't visible in your picture, it is further back on the valve cover, used to seal the pcv valve to the cover. paul is seeing the grommet/seal that is used under the acorn nut to secure the valve cover. there are four of those. i would be surprised if the acorn seal is the source of your leak, rather than the pcv breather hose or the oil fill cap itself.

Commonly, the call-out number on the diagram (12262 or 12263) is part of the part number. Here, hose 12263 had part number 12262-35060, NOT 12263-35060.

True, you are correct as most part numbers do follow this pattern, but I have seen enough part numbers that do not follow that pattern that I just don't pay attention to that correlation anymore.
I am confident that the part number for the breather hose is correct.
I will go for the trifecta! You PCV hose is probably hard and brittle, your valve cover grommets are old and compromised, and someone has probably spilled oil when Adding.
I dont expect that hose is available any more, I know the RET ones aren't. You might have to cobble together some elbows and straight unformed hoses to replace it.
