2nd gen vs 3rd ged standard bed sizes

2nd gen vs 3rd ged standard bed sizes
Quick google search came up empty. Can anyone tell me if 2nd and 3rd gens had same bed cap dimensions. Found a high top shell for a 90 and wanna see if it will fit my 88. Thanks
