Hello, I recently purchased a 1976 hilux long bed. It currently has a 20r and auto transmission. It is already on its last runs. I’ve found a full complete swap 22rte, harness,ecu, and auto transmission. Has anyone done a 22re swap into a 70s hilux? I’m down to swap a 22re or this 22rte I found into my hilux, just want to understand how difficult it can be to do this swap. I haven’t been able to find much information or none at all on 22re being swapped into a 70s hilux. Thank you!
