FS[NorAtl]: 1989 Toyota 4Runner 3RZ swap CT

1989 Toyota 4Runner 3RZ swap CT
Never thought this day would come. I feel like The Lone Ranger selling Silver. I'd make a lousy cowboy.
1989 Toyota 4Runner up for sale. 186K on the body, DLX model with manual locks and windows. I've owned this truck for 6+ years.
The truck has been swapped to a dual-coilpack 2.7 3RZ from a 1999 4Runner donor. Engine has 156k. Swap is not a hack job, Chilkat Designs motor mounts were used, and an Offroad Solutions custom plug-n-play wiring harness. All switches, gauges, and indicators work as they should. Automatic was kept deliberately because I believe them to be better than manuals off-road (ask me why in person). The IFS keeps normal driving pleasant and was also kept on purpose, not for budget's sake. I believe this to be the only automatic IFS 3RZ swap in existence. Alternator, starter, and brake master cylinder replaced with genuine Denso/Aisin OEM gear during swap, no Autozone crap.
Other mods:
-Custom rear bumper with tire carrier on bearing hinge, built with a 4Crawler frame mount kit and EMS Offroad hinge kit
-Trail Gear rock sliders
-Trail Gear rear disk brake conversion with 1" brake master cylinder and dual-diaphragm booster from a newer 4Runner
-Sky Offroad 1" body lift
-Hardwired 1000-watt stereo. 6" subs are properly enclosed and built into the interior panels, no box enclosure stealing space in the cargo bay (see pics)
-Hardwired 1600-watt inverter powering AC outlet in the bed and USB charger in the cab (see pics)
-Full welded aluminum radiator
-Doug Thorley "Shorty" header
-2.25" exhaust front to back with Flowmaster 40 and resonator. Throwing a CEL for no cat, but truck is emissions exempt in CT
-CB radio and HAM radio with antennas. Only the CB has a mic, you need a license to broadcast on the HAM unit
-ZUK mod with Wrangler TJ springs
-Auxiliary fuse box using a second 4Runner fuse box. Plenty of fused 12V power wires for future mods!
-Grizzly Grip Bedliner in the cargo bay
-Hilift jack with custom mounts on the roll bar will come with the truck
-I will also include an uninstalled Reese trailer brake controller and 7-pin trailer plug. I wanted to be able to tow project cars short distances, but never got around to installing
The bad:
-Body/paint is quite rough. Has Bondo, and was repainted on the cheap 5 years ago
-Oil leak from the back of the pan. Pan will need to come off to fix right. Truck marks its territory
-Squeal on the 4-3 downshift once in a while. Like, rare enough that it probably won't happen on the test drive, but I want to disclose it. I believe it is a clogged filter choking the pump, tranny shifts smooth and doesn't slip otherwise.
-33s rub at full lock. Pinch welds can be trimmed further, or you will not have a problem trading them for 31s if it really bothers you
None of the above have kept me from dailying it, and it is currently my DD. I'd drive it anywhere in the country tomorrow, and if it doesn't sell I'll do just that if my career requires relocation after graduation.
I'd like to get $5000 for it. I can work with you on that, within reason. I love the truck, and I'd like to see it go to a Toyota enthusiast who will properly appreciate it.

Celica is NOT for sale, don't ask

Original A340H auto using the donor tranny wiring harness (integrated into engine harness), park/neutral switch, kickdown cable, and bellhousing. I also needed a 3.0 torque converter to mate the 3RZ flexplate to the input shaft.
Monster can is wrapped around the intake, not structural.
Thanks for the interest!
