89 suspension question

I recently purchased an 89 4x4 ext cab v6 pickup. It had a 3 inch body lift i removed and has a suspension lift i am trying to determine how much so i can purchase shocks, they didn't have any shocks on the rear. The front has the relocation bracket that drops the lower control arms and the front diff. The torsion bars are maxed out and the front was stool allot lower than the rear, the rear had 3 inch blocks but i removed them and the front and back are now level. I am guessing the leaf springs are lift if some sort but how do i determine how much any help is appreciated!

Measure the bracket up front. "Should" be a 4" lift. Relax the torsion bars though. Those lifts can be advertised as a 5" lift by cranking the bars. No need for that.

Also, post pics

From top to bottom bolt it is 5 inches center to center, i really need the back i would guess the front is 4" but is the torsion bars are maxed and the rear USA level would that mean the rear has 4 inch lifted leaf springs?
