Manual trans. not shift smoothly

1988 pickup 4x4 extra cab 5gear ok when shift any gear i feel the teeth of gear in any change run good but i think its not normal. The fluid of clutch pump was checked
What can be causes of this

I'd start by changing the gear oil on the transmission. The synchros in the trans could simply be wearing out.

What oil? I can find on pepboys or any other store? What grade? This syncro. Need down the trany are expensive?

Owners manual states 75w-90 Gl4 or Gl5.
I prefer non synthetic GL4 in my transmissions.

Today change the oil, the proble persist.

check the clutch free play adjustment, and also make sure that the bracket that holds the clutch pedal isn't cracked... it'll flex if cracked, and not allow the clutch pedal to have full play.

All stand up to be its gve clutch slave its short, i put a spacer between slave and clutch bracket and feel better need little more space
