1982 toyota trail blazer.......again

i'm posting this for a buddy, you can pm him (Jyou9)

What we have here is an 82 Toyota Trailblazer. Its got a brand new 22R in it with an RV cam and valve springs, warrantied by Sunwest Automotive (out of Medical Lake, WA) for 3yrs/30,000 miles. Rebuilt factory carb from National Carburetor that's still under warranty, new clutch, resurfaced flywheel, 33 12.50s,new thermostat, mech temp gauge hooked up, hot tanked all "tin" on the motor- including the radiator, valve cover, oil pan, oil pickup, etc...

The build thread is here...https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f197...85/index2.html

Great frame, no rust, only slight rust is in the drivers side floor pan, and some surface rust on the roof of the cab. Other than that this truck is in fantastic shape. I believe it has been in Georgia it's whole life. It was bought in Chamblee, according to the original paperwork. Runs smooth, vacuums off a bit, I was planning on deleting all the emissions stuff cuz its not needed for an 82, but I'm outta cash. Wife's ready to kill me for trading my daily driver for this beauty, it doesn't like my 50 mile a day drive back and forth to work. I love this truck and don't want to get rid of it and I promise you that you will never see another one!!! There are only 40 of these things left registered in the US!! This thing could make a great daily driver, it just doesn't get the mpg's that I need. Its a boss off road no doubt about it!! PLEASE don't bs me, I know what I have and I'll keep it for 2000 or trading it off for a pos. I'd rather trade straight up for another 4x4 5spd v6 or smaller truck that's a daily driver like a Ranger, Bronco II, Nissan hardbody, s10, or another yota would be great!! Shoot me a pic, the worst I can say is no. $4000 OBO Trade preferred

Contact Jared at six-seven-8-8-three-six-5-seven-4-nine TEXT PREFERD NO CALLS BEFORE 9AM I work 2nd shift so I keep late hours, just PLEASE don't call after 12pm and before 9am!!! Thanx!!!

Well, she's gone. Its kinda bittersweet, I really loved that truck. Hopefully it doesn't get destroyed. I did manage to pick up an 87 Toyota 4x4 pick-up, so I'm still in the game!! Let the new project begin!! Thanks everyone!!
