1998 toyota tacoma brake light problems

All my other lights works, running lights work everything. Except my brake lights, could this be the switch? Where is it located? Sorry this is my first toyota and I am used to working on old ford pickups. Also on a different topic my dog chewed up my seat but I found a set of toyota camary buckets for cheap will they work? I thought I could just drill new holes in the floor and mount them. Thank you for any advice

Like most vehicles, the BL switch is under the dash. The upper portion of the brake pedal lever presses on it until you step on it. Its in an awkward spot, but it should be obvious. To remove it, unclip the harness, and it unscrews, basically.
