99 4Runner Odometer crapped out while changing dash lights..
1999 3.4 Limited 2WD Automatic.
When testing the new lights the odometer displayed just last few digits very dimly and now nothing displays at all, all of the 5 plugs are secure and tight.
Does anyone know if the gauge clusters are interchangeable with like models? And, is the odometer just a display and the actual data is stored elsewhere?
