Will a 1991 5 speed tranny from a 2WD toyota pickup work on 4X4 trucks, Im thinking it just bolts up to the transfer case? Thanks.

 

Yeah, not sure if there is a difference in the bellhousing(front end) but I don't think there is, on the rear you'll need to swap out the 2wd PTO for the 4wd transfer case and PTO
