fuel pump trouble shooting. need help!!!

fuel pump trouble shooting. need help!!!

New to the forum, having trouble with the fuel pump not getting power to it, need to know how many relays run the pump and where they are located on my 97 4runner v6. Just cant figure it out..any help would be appreciated. Got a date with some deer saturday, need to get her running....

circuit opening relay powers the fuel pump. You can use a jumper wire at the check connector under the hood to connect fp and b+ to see if it works

I worked on it yesterday, I tried the jump wire and it didn't work, had to be fuel pump related, I dropped the tank checked the fuel pump it worked fine, unhooked the pigtail and lord and behold I found the culprit, the connector on the pigtail was burnt, went to every auto parts they didn't have it, had to go through Toyota to get it, couldn't just buy the pigtail, had to buy the whole fuel pump bracket. I put her in and she fired right up... Tks everyone for the info. Couldn't of done it without y'all...
