ABS Rotor and collar on axle help

Guys,

I had my wheel bearing fixed and i think they pressed the collar on too far. Same thing happened on the other side. The collar doesnt go all the way against the rotor. When it is like that, it doesn't seat on the inner axle tube seal like it should causing it to leak. Does anyone know the measurement for the collar?
Here is a pic:

There are actually 3 different space measurements depending on the vehicle and package. I dont know them offhand. We built 3 measuring tools that we just hold up the the axle when we are pressing on the collars. Best way I can tell you to do it is to put the axle in and then pull the abs sensor out and see if you can see the tone ring. When the tone ring is centered in that hole you know you have it right since that collar rests against it

shouldn't the ABS rotor be centered on the abs sensor hole instead of the tone ring? The ABS sensor's teeth needs to hit the rotor's teeth to be able to "sense" locking of tires during braking.

Thanks for the tip, I will pull the sensor out and look in to see which way the rotor and collar need to move.
