I just got a 01 tacoma. It is black with the trd package, and its 4wd with sr5. I love the truck, and cannot wait to go off roading with it. do these trucks offroad pretty well with no lift and only all terrain tires? I was thinking about getting a small lift ( like 2 inches) but not till I save up a little bit. In this first week my starter has been giving me trouble (clicking and not turning over) I saw the write up on how to remove the starter and might just replace it. Does anyone k know a good place to get parts becides the dealership, which im sure will rip me off? this site seems like a pretty good forum, is it the best tacoma forum out there?
