22re rough idle and stumbing when held at constant rpm.

I've recently been having an issue with the 22re in my 1988 4x4. It has a very rough idle and acts like it's missing but not consistent enough to be a down cylinder. It revs up fine but when held at a consistent rpm It stutters/misses badly. I have replaced the afm, tps, ecm, coil, plugs, cap, wires, intake tube, and fuel filter. I am getting good fuel pressure as well. Any ideas? Thanks

If you want to throw more parts at it..

Wouldn't a bad o2 sensor just cause a rich condition? I tried to run it with the o2 unplugged and it made no difference. How would I go about testing the o2?
