Attaching the Window to a Window Regulator

Amazon Amazon

I ordered this product the other day from Amazon and it came in the mail. I'm trying to replace my window regulator on my 1986 toyota pickup with the vent windows.

How do I attach my driver's side window glass to the window regulator? There's a horizontal bar at the top with two holes for bolts. My window glass does not have any attachment points or rails that slot into my window regulator horizontal bar.

That link was very useful. I bought my truck used and it appears I don't have the glass channel and weatherstripping. Can you point me to where I can get a replacement part?

Edit: Would this work? https://www.carid.com/soffseal/stree...ss-srf148.html

Here's a dealer site:

Note that the Glass Channel you need (and, for that matter, the regulator) depends on whether you have the vent window. You say you have it, so I'm guessing you need 69901-89109.

Be sure to take pictures, and post them here. Your efforts could save the day for someone else.
