xtra cab rear panel cargo nets

Anybody know how to pop the cargo nets off the back of the cab? I want to replace the elastic band on top so I can use them again.

Hit the breaks real hard when you have something somewhat heavy on the shelf. At least that how my old picked one got removed.

you need to remove the panel .
on the back side of the panel you see the posts and the metal retainer clips .
I used a small die grinder to cut the metal clips off , then the nets come off as an assembly . you can repair or replace them from there , and re install them . I found the replacement clips from a local car parts store .

Awesome! Thanks! Looks like the previous owner had taken that off so it has the push pin things now. I will be rebuilding my carb tomorrow. May tackle that as well. Thank you!
