Ok so yesterday I dove my 4runner to town and came back, it drove fine. This morning I got in and started it up. Put it in to gear pull out of the drive way. And It would not pull up the the hill. It takes all gears just fine bUT wI'll not pull up any hills. I've change the transmission filter and the fuild. It will pull up hI'll in reverse only

When I was uder I did see my the my Pinon was wobbly.

Red face

At any time did you hear any strange noises??

What did your transmission fluid look and smell like ??

Define wobbly if it moves much you might have some issues

There was no noise . I changed the trans fuild a month ago with a new fitter. The fuild was brown but did not smell brunt. I keep checking the fuild on a daily basis. This has happened befor but last time the transmission was low on the fuild. Thought that was the problem this time but it not. It will take reverse. It like it in high gear when trying to go up hillI did a video of how it is acking. I have jack up the rear end and went thew the gear from low to drive work fine. I don't know why it want pull on the road

If you didn't get anything, you've got a real problem. Burnt out bulb to a defective ECM.

"No codes" is 2-hertz flashing.

Just so you know, sometimes the fastest way to determine if you need a transmission rebuild is to put new clean slick fluid in it. The old gritty fluid is sometimes the only thing keeping it from slipping, and if it is already slipping.... I think you get the picture!

Sounds like your trans is toast. Usually you get 1rts & reverse only since the low gear clutches see only nominal wear. do you have the 4 or 6 engine? if its the 6 then the xfer and trans are one piece.
