Vacuum Hose Routing Diagram Sticker

I was working with a member who needed the under-hood Vacuum Sticker, and I developed the one shown here from the sticker on my '94.

Well, he's never satisfied, so now he wants a sticker for a 22re. I have no idea what they look like. Could you help?

Take a photo of your under-hood sticker, and I'll try to regenerate it like the one above. Try not to shoot it at much of an angle; the "keystoning" makes it harder to measure. And while you're at it, measure the outside of the sticker; it should be about 4x5". Tell me the year (the engine is obvious, and I don't think the stickers change by body, but they might by year). Post it here or PM me, and if I can do it, I'll post it back here.

Since the reason you might want a new sticker is because yours is so ratty, I may need to get several photos from several trucks in order to re-assemble the whole sticker.

Inspired? Take a shot of your tuneup sticker as well. I'll see what I can do.

Scope, very cool of you to offer. I'll throw you a real challenge here. My sticker, 1988 4runner 22re, is wrinkled and faded. Here's best shots I could get. It's about 3 3/16 by 4 9/16 inches. Seems like an odd size, but it's wrinkled so maybe the measurements are off due to that.

Take a look at this; some parts were difficult to pick out, and I don't know anything about 22re plumbing.

scope, that is some great work. Truly appreciated. I suppose the next step is to find a place to print it onto a vinyl sticker. Thank you again.

t-shirts should be made with the vacuum diagram and no words. bottom and top of the diagram would say,"it's 'yota thing. you wouldn't understand"...haha

yeah, it's cheezy

Autocad (because that's what I have). I expect you could do just as well with the free version of DraftSight 2d https://www.3ds.com/products-service...free-download/

oh, i couldn't. i'd do better using autocad (because it's what i have, too). back in the 90s and early 00s, i used autocad to produce maps for clients. i also made a wiring diagram for my cj5. i don't use it anymore, as google earth is in many ways better for mapping.

My version of Autocad (since I upgraded) is ... 2006. So if you were using Autocad in the early 00s, you're probably ahead of me.

Unless you can support real-time access (battery, cell coverage), Google maps won't give you a very portable map. I do a lot of mapping (bicycle rides mostly), and the process includes Autocad, but also a whole raft of custom steps to get the data out of the Census bureau. What were you doing?

timber stand delineation, property lines, roads, trails, wetlands, some topo. my version is acad 2000, fwiw. i like autocad, and prefer it for maps, but my digitizer doesn't work on my dell with windows 7. i couldn't justify buying a different one, or updating to a newer version of autocad, and my old dell running windowsME doesn't always work or boot, so i pretty much don't turn it on anymore.

Awesome job Scope103!

I have AutoCAD 2015 that I got for free as an engineering student through my college.

I have never thought about making vacuum hose diagrams with it though. I will have to try that.
