47mpg with the rabbit. best fuel saver mod I ever did. costs $60 for insurance a month (one tank of gas in the truck) and 40L lasts me a month. Paid itself off in 2 months.... plus since I don't have to DD my truck I can go nuts on it.

1989 Toyota 4runner 22RE AUTO 31" muds - full exhaust + high flow cat and rebuilt motor
60% highway/ 40% city at about 500-550km per tank (of around 65L). Anyone know how to translate that into mpg?

87 4Runner, 22RE, 5spd, 33x12.50, Chevies and Procomp bracket, 246K miles.
Last time I filled it up I got 4.2 mpg. 100% wheelin.
Time before that was 3.8 mpg, also 100% wheelin.

91 pickup - 3vze - 5sp. 33x12.50 mud tires w/ 4.88 gears. Weazy cams, 2.25" exhaust from the mid pipe back. Mixed driving - 430km to a tank of around 65L
I think it converts to around 14mpg. I just filled up my tank after doing a little more work to the engine, we will see if it has an impact.

Come on!! Are 90% of you from Canada?? We a$$-hole americans haven't quite adopted the metric system yet. If you can't post your MPG!! don't post. We have no clue ''aboot'' these things you call killometers, or liters. We're not socialists yet!
