Sure if your willing to cut. Also may have to look at wheel backspacing depending on tire width. Not sure as I dont have a IFS truck anymore. Its going to be slow with stock gearing just so you know.

You can fill through the shifter. Its easier for many that don't have a fluid pump. V

If you don't know how many miles are on the fluid drain and fill it and start there. Do you wheel it? Is the a breather tube? If so could it have gotten submerged by you or a previous owner?

Never used anything but a paper gasket. My star gaskets were hosed so I traced them as best I could on to gasket paper and cut it out. It worked very well.
