It ended up being the switch inside the Front Differential Actuator. I simply ordered a new one from ebay - use this search and find one there...

Interesting. I was able to put power to the front diff actuator and get it to move. I will try again and see if there are any unusual sounds coming from it. Hopefully I can find another one...
