No mpg change with the EGR deactivated.
22.96 mpg on the last tankful and mostly highway driving. It sure feels more responsive, though.

There is an o-ring on the nipple for the feed...

There is an o-ring on the nipple for the feed line(larger hose) to the ps pump. The nipple is held to the pump with one bolt. This o-ring is a common source of leak.
