2) I would use it as a computer desk, and set my PC running WINDOWS on it :D

Microsoft did this first, it's called the Microsoft Surface and you too can have one for the low low price of $15k. It doesn't control devices quite like that, but you can sit a bluetooth-enabled device on it and then literally drag and drop content on and off the device.
