I am not sure about them BUT if you go to e-bay and look under SPEAKER PODS you maybe able to find the kind I got that have a small lip you can stick behind the door panel or on the front of the door panel that stick out 2 -2 1/2" for the depth of your speakers and not worry about hitting the window.
The way I did mine I cut a hole in the fabric of the door panel and slid the pod through the hole and set my speakers in the pods and have no issues with hitting the windows at all.

Don't look thick enough to me. I run 6.5'' on mine and had to make an 1.5'' spacer.

do you have the wing windows? or the full size window?

if you have the wing windows, you can put whatever you want in those doors.
