Yeup... The only thing that will do is create a nice rush on aftermarket glass. If people really try to load that thing in a stock vehicle, it's just gonna shatter glass - and pop some eardrums.

Give it time... there'll be a lawsuit sooon from some idiot that was showing off to his homies and now he can't understand why his ears are bleeding.

they are going to talk to elephants?

http://news.nationalgeographic.com/n...hantvibes.html

saw this on some channel one night. they had two HUGE 24" subs mounted in 2 boxes each about the size of a fridge in the back of a pickup. you could see the woffers moving back and forth about an 1.5" but couldnt hear anything because it was down in the 18-20Hz range. but the elephants in the distance certanly were listing as they started freeking out.

Sounds like it would go quite nicely into the back of your Excursion.

that will not happen. No glass is going to break and no eardrums are going to pop from that POS in a prefab, mtx or not. Ill put my pink slip on it. Ill garuntee you that my system is 2x as loud to the ears as that in any full size SUV with any power in that box.

In order to blow a windshield out you need 168+ legal on the termlab and even then it's VERY difficult.

My windshield flexes the better part of an inch as does my rear glass. No breakage whatsoever.
