Why is it so hard to find speakers to fit in the OEM Xtra Cab rear side panel location of a 1993 SR5 xtra Cab truck? Any Ideas on what speakers would be a direct unmodified fit?

Ever find a solution to this? Looking to replace all my speakers but wanna kept all stock boxes.
