"stay signed in"
Not really a big thing, just something I've noticed.
I've noticed there is no "stay signed in" or "remember me" check box/option on the automatic sign-in page. it's the full sign-in page that's got a light colored background, not the sign in option at the upper right of the menu bar. I've randomly been getting signed out from YT lately between my computers and apple devices and noticed that when this happens, the sign-in page pops up and it does not have the option/check box to stay logged in. the option IS present when you log out manually via the user menu thingy (upper right corner) and sign back in at the menu bar of the regular YT view, just not on the other page. To get around this I've been signing in with the login page, then sign out manually so I can check the box when I sign back in at the menu bar (or whatever it's called). Thanks, Brian |
Where is the automatic sign-in page located? What device, OS etc. are you using?

i've gotten it on all devices: PC desktop with Chrome, iPhone with Safari, iPad with both Safari and Chrome. at first I thought it was only related to mobile, in which case I NEVER use the mobile version of YT - but i've also seen it on my desktop.
I just called it "automatic" sign-in page since it's the screen it automatically takes me to - normal black/tire tread background and menu bar, with a white screen below. left side asks if I want to sign up, middle asks if I want to use Facebook, right side is for registered users. I can try and take a screenshot if it does it again. Like I said, I've been getting around it by clicking the Yotatech logo in the center banner (top of window) to get to the homepage, then use the login at the upper right of the menu bar so I can check the box to stay signed in. |
Can you post up the URL of "automatic" sign-in page with the tire tread back ground when you have a chance? I'm not finding it.
Guess I'm just used to logging in and clicking the remember me on this page: https://www.yotatech.com/ |

Yes, it does. I forwarded this thread to Admin so tech folks can take a look. Thanks!

Not to steal your thread, but I have also noticed that the spinning "OP" for the original poster does not show up any more below the original poster's name. It is not really a big deal, just something I have noticed.
