New Section Proposal
 

In light of the new popularity of threads dealing with (complaining about, mostly) gas prices, I propose a sub-section in the off-topic forum that will provide a venue for those wishing to discuss it. This would include topics such as prices, efficiency, octane questions, shipping rumors, HYBRID updates, you get the idea...

I think it has become a big enough topic to warrant this move, plus it will clean up general tech and off topic some from repetitive posting.

i agree, it would be one less section i would have to read.. i personally find all the posts about gas prices annoying as whiney GFs. as i have stated in plenty of threads before:
i knew what i was getting into when i bought my 4runner. i knew it wasnt going to get as good MPG as say a honda, however i was willing to deal with that in exchange to be able to go wheelin... there isnt anything i can do about the gas prices, so why bitch about them. its like those people that buy a house next to the airport and then complain about how loud it is and go about trying to getting things signed into effect to change the flight patterns and what not.. if you didnt want the noise why did you buy a house next to a F'ing airport?!

Definitely a great idea. I love talking and reading about all the new technology out there.
