HTTP 500 Internal Server Error in thread

Can the website tech folks look at this? It's happening in IE8 (Firefox loads a blank screen for page 7).

Page 6 comes up fine....

HTTP 500 Internal Server Error
Most likely causes:

The website is under maintenance.
The website has a programming error.
