that cebby is a busy guy.

mike, why not knock out a few pages at a time and then set some script to automatically point to the right page depending on the date?

I'm a little behind. Since paying work takes precidence (I'm a self-employed consultant), YT stuff gets done when I can get to it. As much as I love YT, it doesn't put any money in my pocket. Patient grasshopper - you'll get your turn....ooops it's only for contributing members. :chair:

I'm already taking measures to do a group at a time so they can be easily changed on the front end. I sent out PM's to 8 winners, 2 declined, 3 sent me info, 2 more have info coming and one hasn't reponded at all. Coding the page and creating the flash file so it looks good takes time - those with laundry lists of mods take longer. Everyone sends their text and images in different formats, so it's become more time consuming than I wished for. Sometimes it's like hearding cats.

I admit a couple of weeks have slipped by without a change. For this I apologize. There were suggestions that this be a monthly affair by the staff early on, I said it should be weekly because we have 370+ contributing members and they all deserve their time in the spotlight. Call me a glutton for punishment.

So thanks for bringing this to my attention, I've obviously been sleeping at the gate.

i dont know a ton about web design. but would it be possible to create some type of template for the winners to fill in the blanks and submit to you so that you dont have to do as much formatting. or am i just an idiot?

Some changes are going to be made and better guidelines for how the info needs to be submitted. Right now it's all over the place.
