Herculiner question?
I am building my own custom offroad bumper for my runner and was thinking of covering it with Herculiner. I know a bunch of you guys have used it before and was wondering how thick it goes on. With my little welding and grinding experience i was hoping to cover up some of the pits and inperfections with a nice thick covering of paint. I know spray on liners would do the trick but the price would be much more than a gallon of hurculiner.
Any info would be great Thanks Tron |
1st pass is about 1/16 of an inch. Should work great for your application. Be sure to use the UV Topcoat unless you want it to fade (I found out the hard way).

Yeah... I'll prolly buy a gallon for 75 bucks and put 2-3 coats on it. then use the leftovers to do some sliders that i am hoping to build when i get off my a$$.
Thanks for the info. |
